Free Domestic Shipping
All orders ship free within the United States - no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Free): 5-8 business days Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays outside of our control may affect your delivery date.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. Herb + Flora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Herb + Flora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@herbandflora.com - we will do our best to make corrections before your order is fulfilled, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
